Sanika has begun with the supply of 42 tiled saniclass prefabricated bathrooms for a housing project in Telfs near Innsbruck in Tyrol, Austria. A special characteristic of this hire purchase building project is that the demising walls of the rooms have been realised in concrete, which prevented the usual installation of the bathroom modules. Usually, the prefabricated modules are carried into the building via loading ramp, prepared by the scaffold builders. But Sanika also had a solution for this one. The bathrooms were brought into every single room laterally using a lifting basket before the front has been closed.
