Modular bathrooms for retirement home in Berlin

Sanika has completed the supply of 91 modular sanitary cells to a retirement home in the Ullstein Street in the German capital of Berlin. In order to accelerate the renovation of the building, bathrooms of the Saniclass series have been used. Due to the architectural conditions, they had to be palletised at the factory and every single component had to be delivered to its respective destination. Subsequently they were assembled on site. In this case, the bathrooms consisted of 11 panels, which were connected by Sanika's patented plug-in system. After that, some furnishings have been mounted and the final installations have been connected. The modular prefabricated bathrooms by Sanika is the ideal solution for refurbishments, conversions, retrofitting or similar.
