Modular tiled prefabricated bathroom solutions for Ravensburg

The Saniclass prefabricated bathroom represents an innovative concept, which has been patented by Sanika. With the Saniclass prefabricated bathroom, the customer is given free choice regarding the design of the surfaces in the bathroom. Due to the lightweight but also extremely solid construction of the bathroom, it is possible to supply it in modular elements. In this construction process, the wall, floor and ceiling elements are being supplied already tiled to the construction site, where they are being assembled, equipped and connected to the supply and disposal elements. In Ravensburg, Germany, a retirement home has been equipped with 36 modular sanitary cells. The building has been reconstructed floor by floor during on-going operation, whereby Sanika installed the bathrooms on schedule according to the construction progress.
