The Boarding house with almost 330 prefabricated bathroom pods has mini apartments at comfort and budget level and is ideal for long stay guests. Especially for this clientele a large, comfortable bathroom is very important. Sanika realized a functional and harmonic concept in partnership with the client and gave also consultancy on the choice of materials.
