Prinz Rudolf - Meraner Hotel shines with high quality design

On the way to the Merano 2000 ski area in South Tyrol, an eye-catcher awaits the traveller amidst vineyards - the Hotel Prinz Rudolf, which opened in early summer. The modern building blends into the idyllic landscape and offers design highlights. Responsible for this are the architects around Manuel Gschnell and Stefano Longo. Their signature can be found in the bathroom. Outstanding colour plays, ornamental tiles, unusual lighting effects and black ceramics are just a few elements that arouse curiosity. With so much individuality, Sanika's prefabricated wet room design was a logical decision. Craftsmanship and the technical know-how to solve extraordinary requirements are the strengths of our company. The generous floor-level window in the shower area is just one example where an architectural accent is technically – speaking not only about watertightness - to be successfully implemented in series. New hotel buildings also stand for very short construction times. Especially in this context, Sanika's prefabricated wet room in lightweight construction is an essential factor that meets this requirement, whereas conventional construction methods entail additional risks that are difficult to calculate.
