At Cadolzburg, near to Nuremberg, it was built a new retirement home of the AWO, Kreisverband Neustadt an der Aisch / Bad Windsheim e.V. It was created space for 57 people in 41 single and 8 double rooms. The bathrooms were realized in prefabrication, system Saniclass from Sanika. A floor element in concrete in combination with metal studs and a cladding with a gypsum fibre board for wall and ceiling is the basis for a stable and qualitative high grade construction. At the end this lightweight cube doesn’t stress much the carrying structures.
Inside the prefabricated bathroom any customer demands are possible to respect, especially regarding barrier free requirements.
