Sanatorium Villa Regina at Arco (Italy) with an innovative an functional bathroom solution in prefabrication

The Sanatorium Villa Regina is a historic complex at Arco close to Lake Garda. A generous annex was stuffed with prefabricated bathroom pods by Sanika. The innovative solution developed for this project is the combination of the product lines Saniflex and Saniclass. The floor element is a one piece in GRP (glassfibrereinforced plastic). The advantages of this system are absolute water tightness, easy cleaning and anti-slip surface. The walls are built with metal studs, a cladding with gypsum fibre boards and pleasant tiles. The owner of Villa Regina offers his clients a comfort standard in the bathroom. Concerning the dimensions and materials of the bathroom it means a disabled standard, but looking at the design and chosen products it transmits a sense of well-being.
