Student accomodation Enercase in Trier (GER) – Hybrid building in wood with prefabricated bathrooms

In only six months 84 sustainable and energy-saving apartments for students were built on the campus area of the University of Trier. The modular building is a Hybrid in wood and concrete. Each module consists of a room with bathroom. The latter is also a prefabricated module of our Saniflex line, the GRP (glassfibrereinforced plastic) pod. A Sanika bathroom has important advantages. The bathroom user needs an easy and fast cleanable space and the operator requires durability, less maintenance and waterproof floor element. The slogan “live, read, laugh” explains this trend setting living example very well.
