Student dormitory in Milan (Italy): successful project with Sanika bathroom pods

Sanika has completed the supply of 74 prefabricated bathrooms to a privately run student hall in Milan. Sanika has been able to successfully realise this construction project thanks to its broad product range of prefabricated sanitary modules. Prefabricated bathrooms, made of GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic), were installed on the lower floors, while on the upper floors there have been used tiled prefabricated bathrooms. An essential point for the implementation of this construction project has been the use of lightweight elements, in order to allow the bathrooms to be applied laterally into the existing building.
